Where to start:
Start by getting rid of all the foods in your kitchen with high fructose corn syrup, packaged foods with more than five ingredients, and foods with chemicals or additives. Pick up some of the foods on the grocery list above. Only eat real food, not 'edible food like substances' as Michael Pollan explains in his book.
Start reading the books from the list above to learn everything your doctors were not taught in medical school.
