Dr. Silberman won the Long Course Aquabike United States National Championship in his age group on September 26 in Stony Point New York.
Dr. Silberman won the Peasantman Half Steel Aquabike on August 15.
Dr. Silberman placed 3rd in the Steelman Aquabike on August 8.
Dr. Silberman won the Strive Aquabike on July 25.
Dr. Silberman won his age group at Tri Mountain Lake on July 17.
Dr. Silberman placed first in his age group at the Nav-e-sink Swim Distance Festival 2.4 mile swim on May 30. Congrats to all who competed in 48 degree rain Memorial Weekend weather.
2019
Dr. Silberman placed 1st in his age group at the Westfield Turkey 5 Miler.
Dr. Silberman placed 2nd in his age group at the Princeton Half Marathon on November 3.
Dr. Silberman met the qualifying standard for guaranteed entry into the New York City Marathon and Half Marathon with his performance at the Shades of Death Half Marathon on Oct 13.
Dr. Silberman won his age group at the Scenic Franklin Lakes Half Marathon on Sep. 29.
Dr. Silberman won his age group (7th overall) at the Coney Island Half Marathon on July 14.
Dr. Silberman won the Patriot Family 5km in Bridgewater on June 15.
Dr. Silberman won the Freedom House 5km in Bridgewater on May 11.
Dr. Silberman received an invitation to run in the NYRR Brooklyn Half Marathon.

Dr. Silberman presented Road Bicycling at the 2018 Annual AMSSM Sports Medicine Conference in Orlando.
Dr. Silberman ran a personal best and qualified for the Boston Marathon with a time of 3:00:27 at the Myrtle Beach Marathon on March 3, placing 17th overall and 3rd in his age group.
Dr. Silberman met the qualifying time standard for guaranteed entry into the TSC NYC Marathon
with his run in the Fred Lebow Manhattan Half in January.
Dr. Silberman has been awarded the title All American by USA Triathlon for the 2017 Season.

Dr. Silberman presented It's Not All Shin Splints at the ANJC Physical Rehab and Performance Council's sports series on April 19, 2016 in Morristown.
Dr. Silberman presented Performance Testing in Cycling on March 3 in Morristown at Atlantic Health Sports Medicine sponsored by High Gear Cyclery.
Dr. Silberman discussed Stress Fractures on January 28 at a conference at Ridge High School addressing the current epidemic of overuse injuries seen in High School athletes.

Dr. Silberman won the PanCan Purple Stride 5km in Parsippany on November 8.
Dr. Silberman's 2013 article Bicycling Injuries in Current Sports Medicine Reports was plagiarized verbatim by the Team Physician of a European Continental Cycling Team in chapter of a book published by Springer, entitled The Expert View On Bicycling Injuries.
Dr. Silberman has been invited again to author the chapter on bicycling injuries in the upcoming 2nd edition of Netter's Sports Medicine textbook.
Dr. Silberman placed 13th overall and 2nd in his age group in the NYRR 10km Spring Meltdown on March 29.
Dr. Silberman placed 30th overall in the NYRR Fred Lebow Half Marathon in Central Park on January 25 and met the qualifying standard for automatic entry into the 2016 NYC Marathon and the qualifying time standard for automatic entry into the 2016 NYC Half Marathon.

Dr. Silberman earned the title of All American by USA Triathlon for the 2014 Season.
Dr. Silberman has been certified with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), the globally recognized standard of excellence in sonography, in the speciality of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound after passing the examination in October with a score of 642 out of 700.
Dr. Silberman has been hired as the Plainfield High School football team physician.
Dr. Silberman scored among the top in passing the Sports Medicine recertification board examination in July.

Dr. Silberman placed 2nd overall in 2010, 3rd place overall in 2008, and 2nd overall in 2007 at the Antracite Triathlon in Jim Thorpe, PA.
Dr. Silberman won the SBR Triathlon at Harriman State Park on June 12, 2010.
