In the news...
Dr. Silberman won the SBR Triathlon at Harriman State Park on June 12, 2010.

Dr. Silberman will be running the NYC Half Marathon in March 2011 after meeting the qualifying
time standard.

Dr. Silberman has been invited to compete and speak at the Cayuga Lake Triathlon Sports
Medicine Conference in 2011.  See the attached flyer for the upcoming 2010 race and conference.

Dr. Silberman gave a talk on nutrition at Seton Hall Prep on 2/18/2010 on  "Muscle Foods"
arranged by SHP Head Athletic Trainer Larry Baggitt.

Dr. Silberman's running videos were the inspiration for the 2009 Harvard study on barefoot

Dr. Silberman came in 4th in his age group and 18th overall for all amateurs at the Timberman
Ironman 70.3 in New Hampshire on August 23, 2009.

Dr. Silberman presented two talks at the annual AMSSM meeting in Tampa in April 2009: 1.

Dr. Silberman, director of NJ Sports Medicine and Performance Center, has been named as a NJ
Biz Forty Under 40 recipient in 2008.  The Forty Under 40 awards program honors 40 men and
women who have excelled in their fields and who share a commitment to business growth,
professional excellence and the community.

Dr. Silberman came in 3rd place overall at the Anthracite Triathlon on July 20, 2008.  He was 2nd
overall in 2007.

Dr. Silberman qualified for the 2008  Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 in
Clearwater Florida with his performance at Eagleman 70.3 on June 8, 2008.

Dr. Silberman came in 3rd place for his age group and 22nd overall at the Jersey Shore Half
Marathon on May 4, 2008.
