Dr. Silberman gave a talk on nutrition at Seton Hall Prep on 2/18/2010 on  "Muscle Foods"
arranged by SHP Head Athletic Trainer Larry Baggitt.

Dr. Silberman's
running videos were the inspiration for the 2009 Harvard study on barefoot
running.

Dr. Silberman came in 4th in his age group and 18th overall for all amateurs at the Timberman
Ironman 70.3 in New Hampshire on August 23, 2009.

Dr. Silberman presented two talks at the annual AMSSM meeting in Tampa in April 2009: 1.

The Bernards Township Board of Education approved a renewal contract with Dr. Silberman to
be school physician for the 2009-2010 school year.

Dr. Silberman, director of NJ Sports Medicine and Performance Center, has been named as a NJ
Biz Forty Under 40 recipient in 2008.  The Forty Under 40 awards program honors 40 men and
women who have excelled in their fields and who share a commitment to business growth,
professional excellence and the community.

Dr. Silberman came in 3rd place overall at the Anthracite Triathlon on July 20, 2008.  He was 2nd
overall last year.

Dr. Silberman qualified for the 2008  
Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 in
Clearwater Florida with his recent performance at Eagleman 70.3 on June 8, 2008.

Dr. Silberman came in 3rd place for his age group and 22nd overall at the Jersey Shore Half
Marathon on May 4, 2008.
